    Cleveland police said that they are hunting a suspect who shot and killed a man during a Facebook Live stream Sunday.

    Steve Stephens as Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams told reporters, posted the killing on his Facebook page, and claimed to be angry at a woman then he killed an elderly passerby Sunday afternoon, and posted the video on Facebook 

    Authorities said the suspect have committed several other murders, according to a Cleveland Police Department release.

    Police identified the victim has been identified as 74-year-old Robert Goodwin Sr,and they say he was randomly targeted.


     Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said officers were searching for him in the Cleveland area and beyond."We need to bring this to a conclusion -- today," he said.

    "There is no need for any further bloodshed in this incident tonight," he added.
    Authorities said Stephens Stephens is a black male who is 6-feet 1-inch, weighs 244 pounds,and He has a full beard.

    The shocking video on Stephens' Facebook page showed a suspect seated in a car as he says, “Found me somebody I’m going to kill, this guy right here, this old dude.”

    He then exits the vehicle, and walks up to an elderly man then he asks him about somebody named “Joy Lane.” The man says he doesn’t know who,as Stephens is talking about, at which point Stephens points his gun at the man and killed him .

    The video of the killing remained on Facebook for nearly 3 hours before it was taken down and Stephens’ page deactivated.
