So what you're going to do is you're going to start with some refrigerated pizza dough.

Follow the method Easy calzone recipe with pizza dough

Roll out your dough onto a baking sheet.

And then you're going to add your ingredients right to the center of your pizza dough.

We're going to do pepperoni calzones today, so I'm starting with just a little bit of pizza or spaghetti sauce.

But you can do barbecue sauce if you're doing a barbecue chicken pizza.

You can do a white sauce, that's also really yummy.

We'll add some mozzarella cheese, as much as you like, and some pepperoni.

Once you have your toppings, you're going to take some scissors and cut strips that are about one inch, starting from the edges, and going toward the center.

Once you have that you're going to start at the top and fold these down in kind of like a braid method.

Just overlapping them as you go down And at the bottom, you can just kind of tuck it in, and make it look nice.

Next you're gonna just brush the outside with some butter.

This is just melted butter. And then sprinkle the top with some grated or shredded Parmesan cheese.

And I like to add a little bit of dried basil, just for some color and a little bit more flavor.

You're going to put this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until it's nice and golden brown. Okay, once you take it out of the oven,

you're just going to take your knife and slice it I like to slice mine on the diagonal.
